In a counselling session, you'll discuss your concerns, emotions, and goals with your counsellor. They will listen actively, provide guidance, and offer strategies to help you manage challenges. Counselling sessions are a collaborative process, and your counsellor will work with you to develop effective solutions.

Each of our sessions are 50 minutes. Weekly or bi-weekly appointments are common, but we believe in letting each person decide when they’d like to come for another session.

Counselling is covered by some insurance plans, but you should verify the details with your specific provider. Many insurance plans offer partial or full coverage. We can also direct bill with certain insurance companies, so let us know who you are covered by.

Yes, we have remote counselling options for those who would prefer the comfort of their own home. A video call through our platform, or a phone call session are both viable options. Let us know which works best for you.
