My professional experience has been rooted in supporting individuals and communities across a range of settings, including gender-based violence support, homelessness, residential care, supportive housing, community-based programs, and within the legal system. I’ve had the privilege of working with people of all ages, including youth, adults, and children, through diverse and meaningful journeys. I’m comfortable supporting people navigating a wide range of experiences, including trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and more.

My counselling approach is grounded in Narrative Therapy, where we explore how stories are shaped by both lived experiences and the broader systems we’re part of. Together, we can uncover alternate stories and possibilities. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to support you in your journey with you in the driver's seat.

I’m here to offer a space grounded in safety and compassion. You are always in the driver’s seat—your pace, your goals, your needs, and your choices are at the heart of our work together. If this feels like the right fit for you, I invite you to reach out. I’m truly grateful to be here and would be honoured to support you on your journey.
